At Moon Kissed Jewels, we carefully inspect all jewelry, crystals, tumblers, pens, keychains, charms, and handcrafted items before they are shipped. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final and NO REFUNDS will be issued.
Damaged Item Claims
If your item arrives damaged, broken, or dismantled during shipping, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery.
To request a repair or replacement review, please provide:

Once your claim has been reviewed and approved, the item must be returned to us for repair.
Return Shipping

The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

Once the item has been repaired, it will be shipped back to the customer.
